How to draw & understand your estimate
Three simple steps
- Move the map or search for a neighbourhood.
- Choose Draw, then tap or click each corner. Finish closes your area; Undo removes the last corner.
- Drag corner handles to adjust the area. Your estimate refreshes when you finish editing.
Using a keyboard
Focus the map. Use arrows to pan and + / − to zoom. While drawing, press Enter to add a corner at the centre crosshair, then use Finish. Tab to a corner handle and use arrows to adjust it. Escape cancels a drawing.
What the figures mean
Household figures use 2021 ONS occupied-household data, apportioned by area with a small boundary allowance. They are not a property-by-property count or a final contractual quote.
Draw one area in South Manchester, up to 25 km² and 150 corners. Data may be unavailable for some areas. Your area is used for the calculation and is not saved. No contact details are needed.
